Chat is a big help but still a problem

Every time me and my opponent want late game, we skip bad maps. When we get another bad map, the person with a skip handles it. But then theres this bug where we skip at the same time. Thats the first problem. The second is when one of us disconnects within 6 seconds of the game. The worst part is, I need to wait 3 hours for a game I didnt even play yet. Is that stupid? Very. Should I wait at all? No. Pls fix.
